TimeLink is a tool that provides users with a simple and effective means of tracking the time spent by their employees on certain customers or projects.
The program creates a database with your employees, customers and current projects.
You can generate reports with the time spent on certain projects and the invoices issued for your customers.
Here are some key features of "TimeLink":
· After setting up employee names, client/department names, and work categories, individuals can use their own workstations to record their time, with comments, to a shared data repository.
· Onscreen reporting and print-outs allow for a variety of sorting options to help with invoicing.
· Also ideal for keeping track of holidays, sick/study/maternity leave, etc.
· Time can also be analysed against job numbers or descrip tions.
· At the touch of a button, you can see who hasn't posted their timesheet.
Limitations:
· You cannot print the invoices and the reports
