modern scroll is a handy add-on that was especially designed in order to help you change the looks of your Opera web browser. This extension replaces your regular scroll bars with new transparent ones that meant to enhance the scrolling performance.
Upon installation, though, you should disable the old scrollbars to avoid having the two different types displayed in the same time.
Note: In order to install the extension you need to drag and drop the downloaded file on the browser window.
