IMPROVEMENTS:
· when printing reports to a printer, the photos will now have a thin black frame. This makes photos with light colors look better.
· improved error checking when sending emails.

BUGFIXES:
· reports would sometimes randomly show annotations for a wrong photo.
· creating web pages would sometimes show a message that the photo is corrupt.
· problems could occure the photo index name consisted of non-English characters.
