Meshpoly is a command-line utility that was created in order to help you create meshes inside a polygon.
The mesh triangular shapes it generates can be added to the output, as well as the Voronoi edges and nodes. Meshpoly has a set of easy to use commands you can use when generating the meshes within the polygon.
