Phoenix Project Manager is a project scheduling suite designed for Project Management Professionals that supports all standard Critical Path Method scheduling algorithms, and provides both Gantt chart and Network Diagram views of schedules.
Phoenix Project Manager is a useful and performant application which includes a highly flexible filtering system and multi-level budget accounts. It also features comparisons against past project snapshots, highly configurable work calendars, a full suite of reports, and import/export with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, CSV, and import from Primavera P3 and Suretrak.

· Prior to this version an activityâs Actual Duration reflected the number of working days between an activityâs start and finish. For unstarted activities the name Actual Duration can be confusing. To resolve this weâve added a new column: Duration At Completion. This column has the same meaning that Actual Duration previously had. Actual Duration has been redefined to mean Duration At Completion minus Remaining Duration which reflects how much work has actually been performed on an activity.
· For Phoenix 3.6 weâve changed Percent Complete to base its calculation off of D uration At Completion. Many schedulers still prefer calculating Percent Complete using Original Duration so weâve added a new column, Original Percent Complete, which does just that. You can use these to quickly see the progress against both the original plan and the current estimate.
