Molten Synchro is a handy application that was designed to help you keep the information stored in your folders up to date. This can be done by means of regular synchronizations which the program is very capable of performing.

All you have to do is select he source and target directories, set the exclusion and inclusion filters then let Molten Synchro take care of things. It will perform regular synchronizations but you can just as well manually sync the files once in a while.
