ComSpy2 is a handy and reliable utility designed to process data packets received or sent between communication objects.
ComSpy2 does not deal only with network devices. In fact, it was originally developed to listen on serial COM ports and then expanded with LPT, USB Printer interface, File I/O, TCP/IP and UDP. The data can be presented as ASCII, HEX, ANSI Terminal, Graph or bitmaps.
A script object makes it possible to analyse incoming data and to create scripted UIs with Buttons, Edit fields etc. The scripted UI can fire test cases, for example automate FW tests on external peripherals connected to any supported communication object.
