PeptideShaker is a powerful application designed to help view the results of a peptide and protein identification process. The program can provide you with detailed information about the 3D structure and the modifications of your project.

· BUG FIX: Had to (temporarily) disabled the new improved PTM location code as could result in null pointers.
· LIBRARY UPDATE: Upd ated mascotdatfile to version 3.4.2, such that the Mascot search results can be loaded again.
· LIBRARY UPDATE: Updated utilities to version 3.8.9, fixing an issues with the EBI proxy settings.
