PerfectTablePlan is the easiest way to make a table seating plan for your wedding, event or celebration. Just add information about your guests (including who should sit near who), decide the sizes and shapes of the tables and click on the automatic layout button. PerfectTablePlan will assign guests to tables for you.

PerfectTablePlan can also recalculate a new table plan if you get cancellations, saving you a lot of stress. It is so much easier than spending hours scribbling on bits of paper! PerfectTablePlan can even import guest lists from other applications, such as spreadsheets and address books, so that you do not have to type in all the guest information again.

Here are some key features of "PerfectTablePlan":

· Suitable for anything from a small wedding reception to a 1000+ seat banquet.
· Assign guests to seats automat ically with a single mouse click.
· Reassign seats in seconds using drag and drop.
· Print elegant floor plans and seating charts.
· Store guest details, RSVPs and preferences.
· Experiment with table shapes and sizes.
· Track your budget.
· Accommodate inevitable last minute changes.
· No more fiddling with scraps of paper and spreadsheets.
· Inexpensive - probably less than the cost of feeding a single guest.

Limitations:

· You will only be able to save, print or export table plans with 30 guests or less
