Shell is a shell replacement program designed for Internet cafes or computer clubs in order to restrict the user access to certain programs. You can use it to create shortcuts with the programs that are allowed for the users.
The program allows you to customize each icon with a description and a screenshot. The icons can be organized into multiple tabs. You can also customize the interface by changing the colors and the icons.
