CintaNotes is an application created to help you organize your notes and tasks.
To software does that by collecting pieces of information, whatever they may be: your own thoughts and ideas, book and article excerpts, job postings, famous people quotes, research data, curious facts, Wikipedia definitions, blog posts, important news, you name it.
NOTE: All basic functionality of CintaNotes is free, but you need a license to unlock the following commercial features:

Easy text snapping:
· Just select any text and press the hotkey!
· It lets you quickly jot down and tag any piece of useful information that you come across while reading documents or surfing the web รข€" just select the text and press Ctrl+F12. With CintaNotes, this is really all it takes to make a note!
Saves your screen space:
· No sticky notes clutter
· CintaNotes does not clutter your workspace with "sticky notes", all notes are neatly organized in an easily navigable list.
Works with clipboard? Works with CintaNotes:
· Unlike browser-based tools like Google Notebook or Firefox plug-ins, CintaNotes does not require a web browser to work. It works in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat; in fact, the text-snapping "magic" works in all applications that can copy text to clipboard!
Fast as-you-type searching:
· Retreiving information is also trivial: just open CintaNotes and start typi ng, and only notes which contain the text you type will remain in the list. More sofisticated search criteria are supported, like searching by title or by URL the note was taken from.
Run it from your flash drive:
· CintaNotes is a totally self-contained application, meaning that you can put it on a flash drive and run it directly from there. In this way, your notes will always be with you.

· Ability to tag imported notes: "Add tags" field in the import dialog.
· Licensed version is now fully portable
· License key file is written into the CintaNotes folder. Only if the write into this folder fails (when e.g. the folder is inside of Program Files), the Application Data folder is used.
· Editor window could op en on wrong monitor in a multi-monitor system.
· Editor: Pasting from MS OneNote was not working.
· Search for "-word" with "Search inside words" ON produced wrong results.
· Fixed lost portability because of storing absolute paths to .db files: now relative paths are used for .db files located in the application folder and below.
· Fixed SQLite syntax error on searching for "|".

· Automatic notebook reloading was not properly working, which could hinder DropBox sync.
